A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
UP! Y OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utilities
an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to TEe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the.benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. the offer of FRANK KROGMAN and LORETTA KROGMAN,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following escr a rea proper y
situated in the City of Anaheim, County, of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for ublic utilities

An easement for public utilities over,under and across
the Westerly 10.00 feet of the following described
parcel of land:
The Easterly 290.00 feet of the Northerly 366.00 feet
of Section 12, Township 14. South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
drAnaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
