A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for alley and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same t The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY_ a corporation.

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for glley_,gd

an more particularly described as follows.
A perpetual easement and right of way for alley
and public utility purposes in, on and over all
that certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
particularly described as follows:
The Northerly thirty (30) feet of Lot Four in
Block "G" of the New Subdivision of Vineyard
Lot D -5, in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 17, Page 72 of Miscellaneous
Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
