A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ELLEN SELL, a single
woman, and CLARA SELL, a single woman,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more part described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Orangethorpe
Avenue) of the Easterly 82.70 feet of the Northerly
207 feet of that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 481.33 feet West of the Northeast
corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.; thence South parallel
with the East line of said Northwest quarter, 905 feet;
thence West parallel with the North line of said Northwest
quarter 481.33 feet; thence North parallel with the East
line of said Northwest quarter 905 feet to the North
line of said Northwest quarter; thence East along the
North line of said Northwest quarter 481.33 feet to
the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to Pay to the owners
