A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD Z UTILITIES AND
INCIDENTAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road, utilities
and incidental purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of BROADWAY VILLAGE OF
ANAHEIM, a limited partnership,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road.

and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road, utilities and incidental purposes
over that portion of the southeast quarter of the north-
east quarter of section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim, county
of Orange, state of California, as said section is shown
on a map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said southeast
quarter, North 0 21' 06" West 351.85 feet from the south-
west corner thereof; thence South 89 431 41,E East
527.40 feet parallel with the South line of said south-
east quarter; thence North 0 21t 06" West 14.38 feet;
thence North 89 43 41" West 527.40 feet to said West
line; thence South 0 21' 06" East 14.38 feet to the
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to Pay to the owners
of said real property out of General Alnds of thk City of
