A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 7104 GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 124.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on August 8, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7104
granting Conditional Use Permit No. 124, permitting the construc-
tion of a motel, high -rise hotel building, restaurant and cocktail
lounge on the property described in said resolution, subject to
certain conditions set forth therein; and
follows:
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of said resolution reads as
"2. That the maximum height of said building
shall not exceed 115 feet above grade level,
which shall include the occupiable area,
plus any spires or structures placed on
the top of the building."
AND WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council for reconsideration of the maximum height limitation
of the building proposed to be constructed on subject property
as specified in said Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 7104,
and the City Council does find that said Condition No. 2 should
be amended to provide that the maximum height of said building
shall not exceed 115 feet above natural grade level, excluding
roof structures reasonably necessary for the housing of mechan-
ical equipment only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7104 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 124 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending
Condition No. 2 thereof to read as follows:
"2. That the maximum height of said building
shall not exceed 115 feet above natural
grade level, excluding roof structures
reasonably necessary for the housing of
mechanical equipment only."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 7104 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of December, 1961.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of

day of December, 1961.
