A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MAGNOLIA BAPTIST CHURCH
OF ANAHEIM

State of California, to be used for an easement for road

over, under and across that parcel of land de-
scribed as follows:
The Westerly 53.00 feet of the Southerly 313.00
feet of the West half of the fractional West half
of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
Of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 51, Pages 10 and following, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be dnd he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real prbperty, out Ot General Punds of tie City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)
