RESOLUTION NO. 7452
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT
TO MR. CHET KUEBLER TO MOVE A DWELLING FROM
BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA, TO. 323 SOUTH EAST
STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
iHEREAS,'CHET KUEBLER having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to mnovet a dwelling house
from Buena Park,' California, to 323 South East Street, Anaheim,
Calif ornia-; and r
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 19th day of December, 1961, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P. M., and notice_ of the time anu place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hunared feet from the property upon
which its proposed, to move said dwelling house, ouiid:i.ng ur
structu t; at least ten' days prior to ,the date rf ixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS; said matter having cdmebn regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all personsinterested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said CHET
KUEBLER for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from
Buena Park, California, to 323 South East Street, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to com-
pliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside of the City of Anaheim to a
point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of December, 1961.
