A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road_and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. WETZLER,
a married man as his sole and separate property

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land de-
scribed as follows:
The Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Ball Road) of the
Westerly 124.00 feet of the Easterly 530.00
feet of the North half of the West half of the
North half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51,
pages 7 et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California;

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said heal property„ out of General ids of OA City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00
