1961-7434RESOLUTION NO. 7434 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility _kurposes and WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha vs offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of RUDOLPH WESNER and. HELEN WESNER, husband and wife to sell to the City of Anaheim the.: following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes and more particularly described as follows: An easement forroad and public utility purposes over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Northwest corner of Lot 9, as shown on a Map of Miles Rancho, recorded in Book L., page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, (said point also being the point of inter- section of the East line of that certain unnamed street with the Southerly line of that certain unnamed street, bounding said Lot 9 on the West andon the North, as shown on said Map); thence Southerly along the West line of said Lot 9, a distance of 109.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said Lot 9, a distance of 12.00 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said Lot 9, 81.95 feet to a point,said point being the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 12' 30" an arc distance of 23.62 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 12.00 feet Southerly of the North line of said Lot 9; thence Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line 79.92 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the West line of said Lot 9 to the North line of said Lot 9; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 9 to the point of beginning; be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property. -1- $E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City of Anaheim be snd he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property„ out Ot General Fiin4s of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar *1.00), THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 12th day of De9 grnber 19 6 1 ATTEST: STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OP ORANGE aso CITY OP ANAHEIM I DENE M.
