A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
VRPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of J. S. BELOND and
RUTH M. BELOND, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim t described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes,
over, under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet of
the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Eighteen
(18) of Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, running thence
Northerly along the Westerly line of said Lot Eighteen
(18), 20.015 chains to a point; thence Easterly at right
angles 10.385 chains, more or less, to a point between
the Easterly and Westerly boundaries of said Lot Eighteen
(18), midway between the Southwest and Southeast corners
of said Lot Eighteen (18), and thence Westerly 8.17 chains,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 280.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

of Anaheim be and he is herebyD authorized to tilky to the owners
of said teal property out Of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim the sum of One Dollar 1, 00'
