RESOLUTION NO 7396
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4636 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F -55 -56-4
PERMITTING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES RE-
CLASSIFYING THE PARCELS OF PROPERTY DESCRIBED
THEREIN SEPARATELY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on July 15, 1958, adopt Resolution,No. 4636 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F- 55- 56 -40, finding and determining that the
various parcels of property described therein should be changed
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL. ZONE, to C -3, HEAVY
COMMERCIA.L ZONE, and C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, as
more particularly set forth in said resolution, subject to
certain conditions enumerated therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the owners of
the property described in Resolution No. 4636 have not complied
with the conditions of said resolution, and that said reclas-
sification proceedings have, therefore, not been completed; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council from a representative of the owner of one of the par-
cels of property proposed to be reclassified in said proceedings
for permission to proceed with the reclassification of that
particular parcel separately, when the owner of said parcel
of property has met and complied with all of the conditions
specified in Resolution No. 4636 applicable to such parcel; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted and that Resolution No. 4636 should be amended
to permit the reclassification separately of those parcels of
property described in said resolution, when the owner or owners
thereof have met and complied with all of the conditions appli-
cable to such parcel or parcels of property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. !}.636 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F- 55 -40 be, and the same is, hereby, amended
as follows:
That the reclassification of any of those par-
cels of property described in Resolution No.
4636 may be completed as and when the owner
or owners thereof have complied with all of
the conditions set forth in said resolution
which are applicable to such parcel or parcels
of property.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 4636 be, and remain in, full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of November, 1961.
