1961-7395A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
7310 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 61- 62 -27.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on October 31, 1961, adopt Resolution
No. 7310 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 61 -62 -27 finding
and determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to
C -2, GENERAL- COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions
set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence or oversight, the property and area proposed to be
reclassified in said Resolution No. 7310 was incorrectly
described, and that said resolution should, therefore, be
amended by correcting the description of the property contained
therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7310 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 61 -62 -27 be, and the same is, hereby amended by
correcting the description of the property contained therein to
read as follows:
"PARCEL 1: The North 1 acre of the East 3 acres
of lot 1 of the tKellogg Homestead Tract," in
the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 8, page 51, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
"PARCEL 2: The South 2 acres of the East 3 acres
of lot 1 of the °tKellogg HomesteadTract, t in
the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 8, page 51, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 277 feet."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 7310 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of November, 1961.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
