A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha Ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WAhitLh W. JAYCOX and
NANCY J. JAYCOX, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly 60.00 feet (as measured at right
angles from the center line of Ka Avenue) of that portion
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. M described PS follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said section, dis-
tant thereon North 89 58' 15" Lest 507.41 feet from the North-
west corner of said Northeast quarter; thence South 1 08' 00"
East 659.61 feet to a point in the South line of said North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
distant thereon North 89 59' 20" East 505.49 feet from the
Southwest corner thereof; thence North 89 59' 20" East along
said South line, 154.73 feet to the Southeast corner of said
Northwest quarter of the\orthwest coaster of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 26; thence North 1 18' 30" West alone;
the East line of said Northwest quF rter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter, 659.70 feet to the Northeast
corner thereof; thence South 89 58' 15" West, 152.71 feet to
the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property 9 out of General Funds of the City *I'
Apaheim the sum of One Dollar (1000)0
