A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR 'I'h INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A SEWER LINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for the
installation and maintenance of a sewer line and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of h. J. ST. PIERRE and
?EARL J. SI'. PIEL E husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the
installation and main Lenance of a sewer line
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
e sewer line under and across the Northerly 10.00
feet of the Southerly 50.00 feet of the following
described parcel of land:
The Easterly 167.442 feet of the Westerly 355.42 feet
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Nap recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Oran e
County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
