A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
PERMIT FROM THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF AN
INLET INTO THE DISTRICT'S RIGHT OF WAY OF
RAYMOND STREET BASIN AT BELMONT AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Orange County
has submitted to the City of Anaheim
permit to install 2L feet of 36 -inch
inlet within district's right of way
at Belmont Avenue in accordance with
Anaheim's "East Street Storm Drain
construction plans; and
Flood Control District
for its acceptance a
RCP storm drain and
of the Raymond Street Basin
the attached City of
west of Belmont Avenue"
WHEREAS, the appropriate departments of the City
have approved said plans and the conditions in connection with
said permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to accept said permit for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 7th day of November, 1961.
