A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councils' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARION C. HENRY and
ELAINE J. HENRY, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for
an easement for road and public utility purposes, and more
particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcel of
land:
Beginning at the North quarter section corner of
Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.,
said point being the center line intersection of Ball
Road and Gilbert Street; thence Westerly along the North
line of said section, 660 feet; thence Southerly at right
angles to said center line of Bali Road, 53.00 feet to
a point in the West line of Lot 2, P.A. Stanton Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, pages 23 and 24
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence Easterly along a line parallel with
and 53.00 feet Southerly of said center line of Bali
Road, 599.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 90 37 20", an arc distance of 23.72 feet to
a point on a line parallel with and distant 45. feet
Westerly from the center line of Gilbert Street; thence
Southerly along said last mentioned parallel line to
its intersection with the North line of the land con-
veyed to Anaheim Union High School District by deed
recorded August 13, 1958 in Book 4381, page 12 of
Official Records of Orange County; thence Easterly at
right angles, 15.00 feet to a point on the center line
of Gilbert Street; thence Northerly along said Gilbert
Street center line to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
Of Anaheim be, stied he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said teal property, out Ot General Ids of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar (1,00)
