1962-0290A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and
public utility nurposes� and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JERRY VICTOR MALER, a

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly 53.00
feet (as measured at right angles to the center line
of Orangethorpe Avenue) of that parcel of land, being
a portion of Tract No. 613, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 19, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
That portion of the parcel of land distributed to Lucy
Kraemer Brunet, now known as Lucy Kraemer Coniglio,
in the Decree of Final Accounts and Distribution
recorded May 11, 1938 in Book 93L, page 534 of
Official Records of Orange County, California, lying
Southerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said
parcel of land which is distant thereon North 7
15t West 475 feet from the Southeasterly corner of
said land, and running thence Westerly at right angles
to said Easterly line, to the Westerly line of said
parcel of land.
