RESOLUTION NO. 62R- 571
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A PROPOSED
REVISION IN THE FREEWAY AGREEMENT RELATING
TO STATE HIGHWAY ROAD VII- ORA -19 -A, BETWEEN
THE ORANGE CITY LIMITS AT SYCAMORE STREET
AND THE ORANGE -LOS ANGELES COUNTY LINE.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange and the State of
California have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement,
dated February 24, 1959, relating to the portion of the
Route 19 Freeway, State Highway Road. VII- ORA -19 -A, between
the Orange City Limits at Sycamore Street and the Orange
Los Angeles County Line; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that
the following revisions are desirable, to wit:
Construct a new connection between. Howell Street
and Katella Avenue and a cul -de -sac on Howell Street as
shown on the attached map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim hereby concurs
and approves the proposed revision as set forth hereinabove,
it being understood that a freeway agreement incorporating
said revision is to be entered into.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of June, 1962.
