A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City. Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City, of Anaheim that the offer d` FOREST LAWN CEMETERY

State of California, to,be used for an easement for public

An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land being a
portion of the South half of the Southeast quarter
of Section 5, Township South, Range 10 West,
S.P.B. M., described as follows:
The Westerly 5.00 feet of the Easterly 1,650.00
feet of the Northerly 528,00 feet of the South
half of the Southeast quarter of Section 5,
Township South, Rance 10 West, S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
