A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real prop-
erty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of ECONOMIC SERVICES,
INC., doing business as WALKER OIL CO., a corporation, to
sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. M.,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quar-
ter of said Section 15, said Southeast corner being
the center line intersection of Knott Avenue with the
center line of Orange Avenue; thence Northerly along
the center line of said Orange Avenue a distance of
202 feet; thence Westerly to the intersection with a
line parallel with and 53.00 feet West (as measured
at right angles) from the center line of said Knott
Avenue; thence Southerly along the last mentioned par-
allel line a distance of 132.15 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central an of 89° 53 25"
an arc distance of 39.22 feet to the intersection with
a line parallel with and distant 45. feet Northerly
(as measured at right angles) from the South line of
said Northeast quarter; thence Westerly along the last
mentioned parallel line to the intersection with the
West line of the East 202 feet of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 15; thence Southerly at right angles
to the South line of said Northeast quarter; thence
Easterly along the South line of said Northeast quarter
to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
