A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2339 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AN EASEMENT FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
OF A FUEL PIPE LINE ADOPTED ON THE 26TH
DAY OF JANUARY, 1954".
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 26th day of
January, 1954 the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 2339
entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim granting to the United States of Amerioa an easement
for a right of way for the construction, maintenance and opera-
tion of a fuel pipe line"; and
WHEREAS. the City Counoil does find that the grant-
ing of said easement will result in great damage to the City
of Anaheim in the maintenance of its streets and highwaysj and
WHEREAS, no document or instrument of conveyanoe
has been executed by or on behalf of the City granting to the
United States of America the easement authorized in said
Resolution No. 2339; and
WHEREAS. the City Council does find that for the
foregoing reasons said Resolution should be resoinded,
NOW I THEREFORE, be it x'esolved by the City Counoil
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2339, heretofore
adopted on the 26th day of January, 1954, be and the same is
hereby resoinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
3rd day of July. 1956.
