A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASB4ENT FOR STREET PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for atr~et DUrtlOSeS
; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN L. DID and EL~ K.

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for street purtloses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for street purposes over the
Southerly 50 teet of the Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
Oity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
ot California, as said Section 17 is
indicated on a map recorded in Book 51, page

the County Recorder ot said County.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the CIty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($l.OO).
