A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND. PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public ut ili ty purpos es ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HARRY R. WINELAND ~
FRANCES H. WINjj;LAND. p.usband and wifer
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road anq. Dublin utility DurDoses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 40 feet of
that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
The West 100 feet of the East t of Lot 5 of Helen
and Lynch's addition to Anaheim as shown on a map
thereof filed in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the C1ty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
