OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GWIT DEaD <DNVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEiTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FDR AN EASIIlENT FOR ROil AND PlJBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchadng the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit. An easement for road and public
u.tili ty DtlrD9ses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD D. WELLS and. IDA
WELLS hu.sband and wife and EU an
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following ascribed real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road ~d public utility PurPoses
, and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and publio utility
purposes over, under and across the Northerly
30 feet of the Westerly 385.73 feet and the
Westerly 50 feet of the Northerly 660.03 feet
of that parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Cl ty of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
01mers of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l 00 Dollars ($1.00).
