A RESOLUTION OF TIiE CITY mUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiU.NT DEED' CXJNV'EYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
fUR AN EASIIIENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILI~ PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t. An easement for road and pUblic
~t~lity Purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NCW, THERERJRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DORRIS JOHNSON, a

to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and Dubliq ut.11i tv purposes
, and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across those portions of Lots 4 and 5
of the 'South Placential Traot No.2, lOcated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State ot California,
as shown on a map filed in Book 5, page 42 ot Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, desoribed
as follows:
Parcell: The Westerly 50 feet as measured at right
angles trom the oenter line of East Street ot the
Northerly 108.75 feet of said Lot 4.
Parcel 2: The Westerly 50 feet as measured at right
angles from the oenter line of East Street of said
Lot 5.
Parcel 3: Those portions of said Lots 4 and 5 lying
50 feet as measured at right angles Westerly and North-
westerly of the center line of Plaoentia Avenue, said
center line being described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
Northerly line of said Lot 5 and the oenter line of said
Placentia Avenue; thence S 13056'30" W 262 feet more or
less to an angle point; thence S 56031'40. W, 345.52 teet
more or less to a point, said pOint being 108.75 feet more
or less South, as measured at right angles, of the Northerly
line of said Lot 4.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
anee of said property.

f BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and 1'10/100 Dollars ($1.00).
