A RESOLUTION OF TIiE CITY CXlUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CiWIT DEED OONVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CEaTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN FASEIIENT FOR RQAD A.ND $}BLIC
U'I'ILI'l'Y PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described real property
for public purpose$, to wit I An easement for roa~ and publ ic
utility nur~Qses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
tbat it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the ofter of HELD A. 8. QUAERE. a

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and pubU,c util tiy purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and publio utility
purposes over, under and across the Northerly
4 feet of that parcel of land located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, desoribed as follows:
Lot 24 in Block I of the Enterprise Tract, iD
the said City of Anaheim, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 4, page 89 of H1soellaneoU8
Maps 1n the office of the County Recorder ot
said Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars ($1.00).
