A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to`t a City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT G. WILLIAM ,S and
MELVA R. WILLIAMS husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the f o l l o w i n g described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

purposes over, under and across that parcel
of land described as follows:
The Northerly three (3) feet of the Southerly
23.00 feet of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12)
of Tract No. 483, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 17, page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
