A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real prop-
~rty for publio purposes, to wit: For construction of a
fire station; and
WHEREAS, Altec Lansing Corporation has offered to
sell and convey said property to the City of Anaheim for
the sum of $1.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
benefit and best interests of the City of Anaheim to aocept
said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Alteo Lansing
Corporation to sell to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for the
oonstruction of a fire station, and more particularly
described as follows:
That portion of the Ni of the NEt of the
SEt of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, and lying south-
westerly of the southwesterly line of the land
described in a Deed to the State of California,
recorded August )0, 1950, and filed in Book 2064,
page 264 of Official Records in the office of
the Recorder of said Orange County, more parti-
cularly desoribed as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of
the southerly line of the North t of the NEt of
the SEt of said Section 22 and the southwesterly
line of the land described in said Deed filed in
Book 2064, page 264 of Offioial Reoords of Orange
County, California; thence Northwesterly along
said southwesterly line 175 feet to a point;
thence Southwesterly as measured at right angles
from said southwesterly line 119.75 feet more or
less to a point; thence South 00 051 )0" E 54.2)
feet more or less to a point, said point being in
the Southerly line of the Nt of the NEt of the
SEt of said Section 22; thence Easterly along
said Southerly line 205 feet more or less to the
point of beginning.

of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim
acoept a oonveyance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and Ble 1s hereby, authorized to
pay to the owners of said real property, out of General
Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa
Dollars ($1. 00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 19th day of June, 1956.
