A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT MADE AND ENTERED
INTO WITH WASTE WATER DlSPOSAL COMPANY
ON DECEMBER 1, 1944 AND AMJi:NDMENTS THERE-
TO, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
COMMENCE AN ACTION FOR THE RECOVERY OF
THE AMOUNT DUE THE CITY FROM SAID WASTE
WATER DISPOSAL COMPANY.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 1st day of December, 1944
the City of Anaheim entered into an agreement with Waste Water
Disposal Company and since that date there have been certain
amendments to said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to terminate said agreement in accordance
with the terms thereof relating to termination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tne City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it authorize, and it does hereby autho-
rize, and direct the City Attorney to serve notice of termination
of the said contract upon Waste Water Disposal Company forthwith;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to commence suit against
said Waste Water Disposal Company to recover from said company
the amount due to the City of Anaheim from Waste Water Disposal
Company because of the relationship creat~d by said contract as
amended.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of June, 1956.
