A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIH FINDING AND DETERMINING 'mAT PUBLIC CON-
VENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT:

AND APPROvING THE DES[ GNS, PLANS, PROFILES, DRAW-
INGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
THEREOF: AU'IHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT IN ACCOP.DANCE WITd SAID PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, public convenienoe and neoessity require the
oonstruction and completion of a public improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to wit:

AND WHEREAS, the City Counoil instructed G..rge m.

p-Itns, profiles, arawings and speoifioations, and estimates of
qUdntities and costs, and make necessary surveys for the construo-
tion of said public improvement: and
WHEREAS, said fty Eu1n..r has prepared said detailed
deQigns, plans, prOfiles, rawings and speoifioations for the con-
struction of said publio improvement and has submitted the same to
the City Counoil; and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil finds that the detailed de-
sian8, plans, prOfiles, drawings and specifications for said public
improvemEtlt above mentioned are in acoordance with good engIneering
practioe and are adequate to serve the needs and requirements of
the City of Anaheim and the citizens and residents in said area for
th e purpose s for which they are intended, and that they are ade-
quate for the construotion of said publio improvement and should
be approved.

NOW, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the detailed designs, plans, profiles, draw-
ings and speoifioations for said publio improvement hereinabove
mentioned and described be, and the same are hereby, approved and
adopted as prepared by said City Enl71ne.r .
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said public improvement
shall be oonstructed in aooordanoe with said detailed designs,
plans, profiles, drawings and specifioations as prepared by said
