WDRJ:AS, the City of .Anahelm 18 the owner of the
hereinafter 4e8cri.,4 real property; and
WlEREAS, 8ai4 real property i8 no longer needed
for munioipal purpo8es; and
WBERJa.S, Emil lUttman and IIattie K. :Mittman, husband
and wife, have offered to purchase 8aid real property for the
sum of $1,740.00 oash, lawful money of the Vnited States, to
be deposited in escrow at Bank of America National 1'rust and
Savings Association, Fullerton Branch, Fullerton, California,
and paid to the Oity at the close of escrow; and
WlEREAS, the City Couneil finds that it is for the
benefit and beet interest of the City of Anahelll to acaept
said offer and sell and convey said real property to said
Emil Kittman and :Hattie M. lUttman, lll.llsband and wife, upon
the terms and conditions hereinafter specified.

of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Imil Rittman and
lIattie K. )littman, husband and wife, to purchase the follow-
ing cl.escribed real property situated in the Oity of Anahelll,
County of Orange, state of California:
The Westerly 1)0 feet of the Northerly 17)
feet of that parcel of land looated in the
Clity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and. being a portion of the SIlt
of Seotion J, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & K. desoribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the
Sohaffer Oswald Subdivision as shown on a
map thereof in Book 7, page 41 of .IIi80el-
laneoue Hap., of Orange County, California;
thence Westerly along the north line of said
subdivision, 715.10 feet to its interseotion
with the last line of Korth Olive street, 40
feet wide; thence Northerly along 8aid east
line of Korth Olive street 667.15 feet to the
south line of the land oonveyed to Oal-Juices,
Inc. by deed. reoorded January 26, 1936 and
filed in Book 922, page 262 of Official
Records of said Orange County; thence East
along said south line 742.05 feet more or
less to the West line of the right of way
of the main line of the Los Angeles and Salt
Lake Railroad Company (now known as the Atchison,
fopeka and. Santa Fe Railroad) in said Section J;
thence Southerly 251. 91 feet along said right of
way line which forms a curve, concave easterly
with a radius of 5764.65 feet to its intersection
wi th the east 11ne of the Wi of the SEt of said
Section J; thence Southerly along said east line
419.10 feet to the point of beginning,
for the sum of $7,740.00 cash, lawful money of the United State.,

15th day of July, 1956, or as soon thereafter
as possible, unl~se a written a.e_nd for the
return of the money or instruments by a party
to said.acrow 1s de11vered to sa1d esorow
holder subsequent to such date and pr10r to
the recording of any 1nst~ents provided for
in said escrow.
2. That said property shall be sold subject to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reser-
vations, rights, rights-of-way and easements
of record.

and sufficient deed conveying to aai~ Emil .~ltman and Battie
M. Mittman, husband and wife, the real property hereinabove

Branch, Fullerton, California. to be delivered to said Emil
lUttBlAn and Battie H. Mittman. husband and wite. upon com-
pletion of said escrow and. the payment of the full purchase
price as hereinabove provid.ed.

the City of Anabe1. be, and ehe is hereby, authcr1ze4 and
d1rected to cert1fy a copy of this resolution and cause the
same to De attaehed to the deed to be ex,outed by the Kayer
