A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow with William Friedman, at Bank of Amerioa
Rational Trust and Savings Association, Anaheim, California,
for the purohase of the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes; and
WHEREAS, said Bank of Amerioa National Trust and
Savings Assooiation is now ready to close said esorow, and
a deed has been prepared conveying said property to the City
of Anaheim free and clear of all enoumbrances exo~pt all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights,
rights-of-way and easements of reoord.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil
of the City of Anaheim that the deed oonveying the following
desoribed property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL 1: That portion of the South half of the
Northeast quarter of Section 7, in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10,
Misoellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:

Beginning at the point of interseotion of the
Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of
Tract No. 1161, as said Tract is shown on a map
thereof filed in Book )6, pages 45 and 46 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, and
the Westerly line of said Northeast quarter and run-
ning thenoe South 00 461 5011 East along said West-
erly line, 5)4.95 feet; thence North 880 )41 25"
East 844.25 feet; thenoe North 00 461 50" West )71.85
feet to the beginning of a tangent ourve, concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 200.00 feet; thence
Northwesterly along said curve through a oentral

one-fourth of an acre of land in the form of a square

to the City of anaheim be, and the same is hereby, accepted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendor the
amount of the purohase prioe for said property, heretofore
deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow have
been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
