RESOLUTION NO. 3315
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TD
CITY OF A..N.AJD:Il( ACCEPTING A DUD QUI'l'-
CLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANABEIM CIR'fAIN
REAL PROPD.'fY FOR PLAYGBOU'ND AlID BECREA-
nONAL PURPOSES.
WBBE.AS, the City of Anaheim and the .Anaheim School
District did heretofore aoquire Joint title to a certain par-
oel of real property; and
WHEREAS, five (5) acres of sald property ls needed
by the City for use as a playground and recreational area,
and the balance ls considered necessary by the .Anaheim School
Distriot for a new school slte; and
WHEREAS, said property vas purchased Jointly by the
City and the School District in order to faoilitate the plilr-
chase thereof, the City and said School District having there-
tofore agreed to divide said property at a later date aecor4ing
to their respective interests therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that lt is for the
beneflt and best interest of the City ot Anaheim to accept a
Quitelai. Deed for its portion of said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
ot the 01ty at Anahei. that the deed tendered to the Clty ot
Anaheim by the Anahei. School District quitclaiming to the City
the tollowing described real property situated in the City ot
Anaheim, County ot Orange, State at California, to be used tor
playground and reoreational purposes, and more partioularly de-
scribed as tollows:
Those portions of the Si of the NmI of the swt
ot Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., located in the City ot Anahelm,
County of Orange, State ot California, described
as follows:
Parcell: The Southerly 317.3) teet of the SEt
of the NIt of the SWi of Seotion 17, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the
Northerly 23.53 feet of the lasterly 150 feet.
Pareel 2: The Easterly 30 teet of the Southerly
317.33 feet of the SWt of the NEt ot the Sit of
Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West.

City of Anaheim.
