AlfA-BEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIHING TO THE CITY
OF ANAI1EIH CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN E.ASEHENT
[cOR IRRI2rATION PIPE LINE PURPOSES.
W11ERE.A.5, the City Council of the City of A;.<}aheim is desirous of
acquirin:; the hereinafter described real property for an easement for irriga-
tion pipe line purposes; and
WHEli.E.AS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim f:inds that it is
for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEHEFORE, BE IT RESOL1TlD by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the offer of LAUREL HOMltS, INC., a corporation, to quitclaim to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an
easement for irrigation pipe line purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
An easement for irrigation pipe line purposes over the
West 2 feet of that certain 5 foot irrigation pipe line
easement runnin~ North and South across Lots 1 to 10
inclusive of Tr~ct No. 2369, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 74, pages 1 to 6 inclusive, Nlscellaneous
!1aps, records of said Orange County,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim Deed for said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim
be, a..'ld:he is here by, authorized to pay to the OiIDer s of said real property,
out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the SUJTI of One Dollar ($1.00).
