A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY mUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GMNT DEED mNVEYING.
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAlN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBtENT FOR ROAn AND P!JRT.TC UTn TTY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wi t: An easement for road and public
ut;1;ty PUrPOses ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for tne benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FREDERICK D. ROBINSON and
.UIN4. Ha ROBINSON, ~sband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and DUQlic ut11;tv Durooses
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that
portion of Lot 7 of the Anaheim Extension
located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The Southerly 50 feet, as measured at right
angles from the oenter line of Center Street,
of the Westerly 100 feet of the Easterly
393.55 feet of said Lot 7.

be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to ~he
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the Clty
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/l 00 Dollars ($1.00).
