A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY illUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.illNVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASBlENT FOR ROAD AND PlTRT.TC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road ~d public

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID RAGIN ~d OLIVE
RETCHARTYr RAGIN. husb~d and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over under and
across the Westerly 60 feet of that portion of the SW1 of the NW:i
of the SEi of Section 22, Township h South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of the swi of the W:t of
the SEi of said Section 22, said point being located 804.26 feet
Southerly from the center of said Section 22; thence N 890 551 .30"
E 660.77 feet to a point in the east line of the swi of the Wi of
the SEi of said Section 22; thence S 00 14' 45" E, 85 feet along
the east line of said swi, wt, SEt of said Section 22; thence
S 890 551 .30" W to a point in said westerly line of the swi, wi,
SEi of Section 22; thence N 00 14' 30" 'W, 85 feet to the point of
beginning.

ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars ($1.00).
