A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 15th day of May 1962.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MEL -KEN CORPORATION, a
California corporation, and KEN GEORGE DOI to sell to the City
of Anaheim the following described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for municipal purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
Lots B and D of Tract 4261 as shown on
a map recorded in Book 161 Pages
41, 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 62R -451 was
