A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to T}ie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EARL F. VIPOND and
HELEN D. VIPOND, husband and wife,

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land, be-
ing a portion of Vineyard Lot H -5, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book L., of Deeds, pages 629 and
630 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
The Westerly 7.75 feet of the Lot 13 in Block D
of Tract No. 406, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 16, page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is herobya authorized to Pay to the owners
of said real property out Or General Funds of tho City of
