A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AxD rUBLIC UTILITY
rURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wits An easement for road and
public utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same ta`;he City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it Is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LEO FREEDMAN an

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Southeast quarter
of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 22, said corner being the
center line intersection of Harbor Boulevard (120 feet
wide) with the center line of Katella Avenue (120 feet
wide); thence North 0 13 22" West along the West line
of the Southeast quarter 675 feet, to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing North 0° 13' 22" West
along the West line of said Southeast quarter a dis-
tance of 65 feet; thence North 89° 54' 30" East 75.17
feet; thence South 0° 05 30" East 60 feet to the begin-
ning of a non- tangent curve concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly and
Southerly along said curve through a central angle of
90° 07' 52" an are distance of 23.60 feet to the inter-
section with a line tangent to said curve, distant 60
feet Easterly as measured at right angles from the West
line of the said Southeast quarter of Section 22• thence
South 0° 13 22 East 569.97 feet; thence South $9° 54'
30" West 60 feet to the true point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)
