A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. An easement for road and
Public utilit urposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of VERNON E._ VAN VEGHEL and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Easterly 5.25 feet of Lot 7 of the Stueckle Sub-
division, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page 43 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the center line intersection of Los
Angeles Street with the center line of South Street as shown on
said Map of the Stueckle Subdivision; thence North 15 30 West
along the center line of said Los Angeles Street a distance of
45.03 feet; thence South 7 22 West a distance of 40.00 feet
to a point, said point being the beginning of a non- tangent curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle
of 90° 08 00" an arc distance of 23.60 feet to the intersection
with the South line of said Lot 7, said point of intersection be-
ing 30.00 feet Northerly (as measured at right angles from the
center line of said South Street); thence South 15° 30' East 30
feet to the center line of said South Street; thence North 7.
22 East along the center line of said South Street a distance
of 55.03 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
