A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC U.PILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
,public utility purposes an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK A. SHEA and
ELEANOR T. SHEA husband and wife and JERRY VICTOR MALER

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows
The Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Dowling Avenue) of the Souther-
ly 1.32.00 feet of the .Northerly 891.00 feet of Tract
No. 613, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
For the purpose of this description, the above men-
tioned Northerly dimension is measured from the
Northeast corner of said Tract No. 613, said North-
east corner being the center line intersection of
Dowling Street with the center line of Placentia
Yorba Boulevard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00),
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
