A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to se:
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Lon Beach Banana Distributors, Inc.,
to sell to t e ity o 'na elm the of owing +escri•ed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Easterly three feet of Lot 236, the Southerly three
feet and the Easterly three feet of Lot 237 of Tract No. 2377, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 75, pages 29 through 35 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 2377, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 75, pages 29 through 35 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, said Southeast
corner being the center line intersection of Ball Road with the center
line of Euclid Avenue; thence North 0° 041 40" East 77.49 feet along
the center line of Euclid Avenue; thence South 89° 42' 15" West 53.00
feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet
Westerly of the center line of said Euclid Avenue, said point of
intersection being the beginning of a non- tangent curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southerly and
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 89° 37 35" an
arc distance of 24.8l feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 53.00 feet Northerly of the center line of said Ball Road;
thence South 0° 04 40" West 53.00 feet to the center line of Bali
Road; thence North 89° 42 15" East 77.49 feet along the center line
of said Bali Road to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 53.00 feet and the Easterly 53.00
feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
