WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and

it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of North American Aviation Inc.

TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the center
line of La Palma Avenue) of the Easterly 660.20 feet of Lot 15 in
Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
For the purpose of this description, the South line of said Lot 15
is assumed to be the center line of said La Palma Avenue.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City_
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
