RESOLUTION NO. 62R -753
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6982 GRANT-
ING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 118.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on June 13, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 6982
granting Conditional Use Permit No. 118 permitting the operation
of a trailer park on the property described in said resolution,
subject to certain conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the conditions
set forth in said Resolution No. 6982 should be amended to
provide for a waiver of the 20 -foot building setback require-
ment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6982 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 118 be, and the same is hereby amended to permit
a waiver of the 20 -foot building setback requirement on the
property described in said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 6982 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 21st day of August, 1962.
