Anaheim as follow.s:
The City of lL'1aheim hereby C;r&'1ts to the Southern Pacific Company
a permit for seven years, begiruling June 8, 1956 and ending June 7, 1963, to
constI'1J.ct, maintain, and operate a standard gauge railroad track at grade upon
and across Cerritos Avenue between LeNis Street and Placentia Avenue in the
City of Anaheim, as requested in application for permit on file in the office
of the Ci(.T Clerk of the C.Lty of AnaJ1eim, said grant of permit being subject
to regulations and conditions w.Lthin the jurisdiction of the Ch,ty of Anaheim,
all condi_ tions as set forth in franchise granted to said Soutjn.~n Pa~;ific
COc.9any by the City of Mallei:11 dated ,]1JJ.1e 8, 19413, and subject to raa$0Il1.able
regulation of the City of Anaheim ,-lith regard to installation and maintenance
of safety devises, alonG the following described center line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the south line
of said Cerritos Avenue with a line that is concentric
,nth and distant northeasterly 90 feet, measured radially
f'rot the center line of the 3anta Fe Railway Company's
100-foot right of way; thence northNesterl~r along said
concentric line a distance of 50 feet,more or less, to a
point ill tJ1e north line of saLd Cerritos .Avenue.
rhe above track is shown in red on print marked Drawing B-3258, dated
f'ilarch 20, 1956, attached to the above mentioned application of Southern Pacific
Co!npany for this pennit.
The Ci t;)T Clerk snall certify to the passage of this resolution and
thereupon the same shall take effect a~d be in force.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is si[~ned and approved by me this ~2nd day
