A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR road and public u t i l i t y

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. u An easement for road and public ut_; ity
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered to se x
and 'convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 53,00 feet
(as measured at right angles from the center
line of Magnolia Avenue) of that portion of the
Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, SB.B.B,M. described as
follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of
Broadway and Magnolia Avenue, said point also
being the Southwest corner of the North half
of the Northwest quarter of Section 18,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West; thence
North 0 12 59" West 665.98 feet along said
center line of Magnolia Avenue to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing North
0 12 59" West 333.10 feet along said center
line of Magnolia Avenue to a point; thence
North 88° 57' 23" East 53.00 feet to a point
in the proposed Easterly right of way line of
Magnolia Avenue; thence South 0° 12 59"
East 333.10 feet along a line distant easterly
53.00 feet as measured at right angles from

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
