TO THE CITY OF ANAHHEIN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 2 in Tract No. 71, as
shown on a Nap recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous
IIaps, records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of Lot 2 of said
Tract No. 71, said point being the East quarter corner of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &N., as
said quarter corner is shown on a Map of Tract No. 964,
recorded in Book 31, pages 46 and 47 of Miscellaneous Naps,
records of Orange County, California; thence East along the
North line of said Lot 2 a distance of 782.53 feet; thence
South to an intersection with a line parallel with and J5.00
feet Southerly (as measured at right angles to the North
line of said Lot 2); thence West along the last mentioned
parallel line a distance of 715.64 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 25.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southwesterly alone said
curve through a central angle of 82° 31 06" an arc distance
of 36.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent reverse curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 1,253 feet;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
