AT ST:
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for
a permit to construct a storm drain inlet within said Dis-
trict's right of way of the Carbon Creek Channel at approx-
imate Engineer's Station 255+41.19; and
WHEREAS, plans for the construction of said storm
drain inlet designated "Floyd Avenue Street Improvement
Tract 4261," City of Anaheim Plan #5156, have been filed with
and approved by said District's Flood Control Engineer; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District has
submitted to the City of Anaheim a form of permit to be
accepted by the City offering to grant to the City permission
to construct a storm drain inlet within said District's
right of way of the Carbon Creek Channel at approximate
Engineer's Station 255+4 in accordance with City of
Anaheim Plan #5156 titled "Floyd Avenue Street Improvement
Tract 4261," subject to the terms, covenants, conditions and
agreements therein set forth to be kept, performed and ob-
served by the City, which permit the City Council finds would
be for the benefit and best interest of the City and should
be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the permit of the Orange County
Flood Control District No. 11962, submitted to the City of
Anaheim, granting to the City permission to construct a
storm drain inlet within said District's right of way of
the Carbon Creek Channel at approximate Engineer's Station
255+41.19 in accordance with City of Anaheim Plan #5156,
titled "Floyd Avenue Street Improvement Tract 4261," subject
to the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements set forth
in said permit to be performed and observed by the City of
Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said
Permit No. 11962 for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is •pproved and signed
