A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated September 26, 2006, that two new job classification be established in the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective October 6, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation of
these new classifications and assignment to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers,
Local 47, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective October 6, 2006, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following Salary Grade in the Salary
Grade Master:
Classification Grade Step Salary Relationship
Utilities Systems Operator-in-Training C1120 4 - 9 .85 X Utilities Systems Operator
Water Systems Operator-in Training C1815 5 - 9 .85 X Water Systems Operator
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 26th day of September, 2006, by the following role call vote:
