RES-2006-221RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 221 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000R-126 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated September 26, 2006, that Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended in the manner set forth, effective October 6, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment to Resolution No. 2000R-126, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2000R- 126 which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Supervisory Management. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended as follows: 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended by adding the following classification and allocating it to the salary range as shown: Classification Collections Supervisor Salary Range X CR08 2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2000R-126 be amended by changing the salary range for the following classification: Classification Chief Utilities System Operator Current Range New Range X CR16 X CR17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said amendments to Resolution No. 2000R-126 shall not become effective until October 6, 2006. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2000R-126 shall remain in full force and effect. F:\OT3739CS.DOC
